As usual, I stay at your hotel and as always everything is fine. Thank you for the nice bonus of a business class room.

Of the minor disadvantages: - it was cold in the room. But the heater saved the situation. - the room service from the restaurant was not working. But this is not surprising at one o'clock in the morning on January 2nd :) I really liked everything - the food, the sauna, the very friendly receptionists, the polite maids, and the clean rooms and halls. Thank you all so much for your hospitality during the New Year holidays!

I thank the hotel administrators for their kindness and willingness to help in any matter. We stay in many hotels of the chain, the issue with the loyalty card was solved only here, we even called specifically, we are simply amazed and very grateful.

Clean rooms, delicious breakfast, very attentive and courteous staff. I was looking for a place to stay, I got into a full-fledged hotel at an affordable price! I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the rooms, the towels, the bed are very clean and fresh! The breakfast is buffet style, the dishes are delicious, there is a choice. Especially porridges and pastries are excellent! The hotel deserves 5 out of 5 points for its 3 stars! I will be in Yoshkar-Ola, I am certainly a guest of Amaks!

The only drawback (quibble) is the small rooms. But this did not spoil the overall positive impression of the hotel completely.

In general, the hotel is good, even 4 stars will do! The only thing is in a windy place, at first we were put in a corner room, it was cold there, but then they moved us and it got warmer!

Everything was wonderful. There are no complaints. The only wish for the restaurant is, if possible, to increase the number of dishes of the Mari national cuisine.

This is not the first time we have stayed at the AMAKS City Hotel, and the service has never failed us. The hotel staff is friendly and always ready to help, the breakfasts are delicious and hearty, the rooms are clean and cozy. Thank you very much! If we go to Yoshkar-Ola again, we will definitely stay with you.

On 24.08.2018, our wedding took place in the banquet hall of the Amaks Hotel. We are very glad that we chose this place for our wedding. I liked everything. Starting from the kitchen, ending with the staff. A very spacious hall, which is rarely found in our city, the guests were free to sit at the tables and there was a place for dancing. Separately, we would like to express our deep gratitude to the banquet manager Elena, you are a professional in your field. She answered all our questions at any time. In terms of pricing policy, we were also pleasantly surprised. Therefore, we recommend that everyone hold celebrations in this place.
