The hotel and service exceeded expectations! Perhaps right from the reception and the accommodation, Ekaterina's employee created a wonderful mood for me to relax, a very well-mannered, pleasant professional girl, she cares how every guest feels, it was nice! Ekaterina, the maid, was also pleased with her attitude to work and to me as a hotel guest. I will definitely return to Amaks in Yoshkar Ola and recommend the hotel to all my friends and family! I was comfortable here. The restaurant was set to "good" - for several days there was a continental breakfast, not a buffet, there was not enough yogurt in the dairy breakfast, and I also did not understand plain bread and butter, 1-2 slices of cheese were missing.

The restaurant has a large selection of dishes and drinks for breakfast. The staff is friendly and helpful. Good location of the hotel, everything is within walking distance. I recommend this hotel to travelers.

Everything is wonderful, clean, cozy, the staff is friendly, competent. But there is no air conditioning in the rooms. In such a hot summer, it's a minus. Many thanks to the administrator for the fan.
