Mari Park was opened on November 1, 2024.
Visitors, walking through its territory, can get acquainted with the culture and traditions of the Republic of Mari El.
The stands provide information about each district with colorful photographs, as well as descriptions of traditions, holidays, and interesting events.
In the park, you can see small architectural forms in national colors and symbols, as well as legends of the Mari people made of wood: Yumyn udyr (Daughter of Heaven), Chodyr Oz (master of the forest), the ancestral bird (Ludo), the supreme god Mari and the Tree of Life.
